Position: Microsoft CRM Application Engineer
Job Description:
The Application Management department is dedicated to enabling
the business to achieve this mission by developing, deploying,
and supporting internal business systems. Application Management
is currently seeking an Application Engineer who will be responsible
for providing third-level support for the Microsoft CRM application,
as well as maintaining all related environments. The successful
candidate will also be responsible for working closely with second-level
support and internal support groups to troubleshoot and solve
complex technical issues and provide excellent customer service
in a fast paced work environment.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited
to):
Resolve
complex technical issues in accordance with defined service level
agreements
Consistently
refine migration procedures to ensure consistent migration process
Escalate
issues to and work with Systems Administrators, and Application
Support to provide root cause analysis for systems issues
Migration
of developed code to CRM environments release schedule and documented
procedures
Installing
Microsoft CRM 1.2 software/software patches, documenting install
procedures and coordinating resources when needed
Maintain
version control process and procedures
Report
operational metrics to direct manager on a weekly basis

of Microsoft CRM Application Development and Administration Experience

of Experience in general web development, including Java, J2EE,
